Mures Yellow Laksa Serving Suggestion

500g Mures Yellow Laksa

250g Blue Eye Trevalla

250g prawns, peeled

250g rice noodles

red chili, chopped

coriander

lime slices

COOKING.

Skin, bone and dice your fish. Pour the soup into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, added the prepare fish and prawns to the soup. Continue to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through, Pre-soak your rice noodles in boiling water for 6-10 minutes, strain and distribute between two large bowls. Pour the freshly cooked soup over the noodles and garnish with freshly chopped red chili to taste, coriander and a slice of lime.
